• You are responsible for the overall management of litigation cases, including tracking irregular payments, updating individual accounts and all prosecution work.
• You have regular contact with clients, cantonal bodies and social services, you draw up accounts and provide the information you want.
• You also process all of our policyholders' requests for their personal account and administration related to your domain. What you bring
• You have an EFA or equivalent and have successful experience in a collection department or prosecution office.
• You are very comfortable with the SAP program and in phone contacts, you work as a team and have a sense of responsibility, an analytical mindset, and know how to reflect in the context of health insurance.
• Through your service orientation, you treat our customers' requests with courtesy and skill. You are a French mother tongue with excellent communication skills in German.
