Important remarks

• Lead a team of 16 employees in organizational and technical terms
• Active support in day-to-day activities, such as managing the delivery service in collaboration with our external partners

Required

• Professional experience: 3-5 years: In a comparable function
• Completed Professional Learning (CFC): in the field of logistics, supplemented by a Federal Certificate of Specialist in Logistics
• Experience in coaching a small team, team spirit and flexibility
• Analytical mind, process oriented and networked thinking
• High degree of personal responsibility, autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience in planning and organizing tours, as well as good knowledge of the transport sector
• French (Very good mastery)
• German (Basic terms)
• English (preferably)

Recruitment process
