Main responsibilities
- Operation and maintenance of complex building facilities
- Interference intervention, maintenance and modification of electrical, heating, ventilation, cooling and air conditioning systems and technical equipment for research
- Control, control and monitoring of the installations via the building control systems
- Self-employed implementation or coordination of installations, repairs and optimizations
- Monitoring, maintenance and documentation of the installations as well as participation in the fire-fighting tests and critical operations Safety checks
- Take-over of on-call after careful training (24/7/7 approx. 5–6 times per year) Requirements:
- Completed training as an electroinstallator:in EFZ
- Experience in the operation of energy supply systems and in the creation and implementation of switching programs
- Knowledge of building and process automation
- Team-oriented, service-conscious and professional appearance
