What you bring

• You ensure a global and personalized support of our Private Banking clients and you position yourself as a trusted interlocutor for all financial issues. You support your clients in the construction of their financial future by offering them suitable investment and foresight solutions.
• You analyze the needs of your clients, taking into account their personal circumstances, objectives and expectations. When relevant, you work closely with our internal specialists to develop tailored investment solutions.
• In collaboration with banking and insurance specialists, you design individualized concepts in the areas of investment, foresight, financing and heritage transmission.
• You are actively developing your Private Banking customer portfolio by acquiring new customers and building long-term relationships.
• You identify additional counselling opportunities and exploit them in a targeted manner through a proactive cross-selling approach. In this way you advise your customers in a comprehensive way on banking and insurance products.
• You follow the evolution of financial markets and exchange regularly with your clients on their impacts and the opportunities that arise from them.
• You represent our Private Banking business at both internal and external customer events.

Your profile

• You justify several years of experience in accompaniment and advice to a Private Banking customer.
• You have completed banking training as well as additional training, for example as a federal patent financial planner or a Bachelor in Banking and Finance.
• You are an authentic and empathetic personality, able to offer a quality customer experience to a demanding Private Banking customer and to various needs.
• You are an autonomous, committed, integrated and results-oriented person with an entrepreneurial spirit, a high level of demand and strong customer orientation.
• Your team spirit and relationship ease and ability to convince complement your profile.
• Thanks to your regional anchor and your existing network, you know the specifics of the local market and have valuable contacts in the region.
