Mission

As the Chief of Work, you organize, supervise and monitor the daily execution of work on road and rail works. You guarantee the proper completion of the installations in accordance with the plans, the methods defined, the safety rules and the deadlines set.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare, plan, organize, execute and control the work, from the start of the project to its final delivery.
• Lead, coach and motivate assembly teams, ensuring optimal division of tasks.
• Check the conformity of the work (lighting, ventilation, signalling, wiring, safety equipment, etc.) according to the standards in force.
• Communicate, document and report project changes for revision files.
• Provide connections, installation, testing and reservoirs.
• Monitor the evolution of construction site costs, analyze results with your manager and manage the management vouchers and metered.
• Strictly apply safety rules, QSE standards and specific guidelines for road and rail environments.

Profile

• Electrician assembly, electrician, network electrician or training deemed equivalent.
• Experience in practical work on roadworks, tunnels or railway infrastructure: major asset.
• Strong technical skills, mastery of methods of execution and understanding of the constraints of the field.
• Strong leadership, rigour, responsiveness and ability to meet deadlines while guaranteeing quality and safety.
• Clear communication, sense of inter-trade collaboration and ability to represent the entity in construction sessions.
• Careful, organized, flexible and exemplary person in the application of internal guidelines and values.
• Driving licence.
