Do you want to meet new technical challenges, pilot large-scale construction projects and develop into a welded team? Our Payerne branch is looking for its future Chief of Construction! You will take charge of various projects, mainly projects of CHF 500'000 to 1 million, and will supervise a team of 3 to 5 employees. Chief or construction manager electrical installation 80-100%
Mission
- Pilot major electrical plant sites, from preparation to completion, in close collaboration with the project manager.
- To supervise and unite a team of 3 to 5 employees, promoting mutual assistance, the quality of work and the transfer of knowledge to apprentices.
- Organize interventions, anticipate equipment requirements and coordinate orders to ensure the smooth running of the work.
- Provide technical and administrative follow-up to construction sites, including metres, governance reports and participation in construction sites.
- Propose innovative and cost-effective technical solutions, while ensuring the quality of installations and compliance with safety rules.
Profile
- TECHNOLOGY TECHNOLOGY
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical installations, industrial and/or residential sites.
- Natural leadership and team spirit: you like to accompany your collaborators, share your knowledge and advance together.
- Autonomous and organized, you know how to anticipate, manage priorities and find concrete solutions to the challenges on the ground.
- With a common sense of communication, you appreciate the exchanges with the teams, partners and various stakeholders in the construction projects.
