The park of Beausobre is nestled in the park of the same name in the city of Morges, and offers a personalized welcome for 82 residents. Designed to foster intergenerational ties, the EMS is surrounded by a sheltered housing residence, a Child Living Centre and two colleges. The Beausobre Park also has a restaurant and cafeteria, open every 7 days/7, a wellness area for residents (jacuzzi and sensory baths) and an aromatic garden with a fully secure perimeter.

Senior Psychiatric Health Assistant - 100% PAA1 (M/F)

In order to strengthen our service of Psychogériatrie 1 at EMS Parc de Beausobre, CDI from 01/11/2026

YOU MAY

• A diploma in health or nursing assistant recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Gineste-Marescotti (GM) and Senior Psychiatry Assistant (PAF) certification, an asset
• A successful experience in geriatrics or advanced psychogeriatry
• Excellent relationship, especially with the elderly
• Knowledge of the Swiss health system, an asset
• Dynamics, motivation and good adaptability

OBJECTIVES

• Accompanying residents in daily activities
• Participate in the adaptation and maintenance of the resident's environment with his/her collaboration
• Participate in interdisciplinary management of residents
