For Raiffeisen Bank Nyon-La Vallée, a firm firmly anchored in the region and growing, we are looking for a Mortgage Finance Assistant as part of a future retirement.

Aufgaben

• Private Client Advisor Support for the Processing of Funding Applications
• Processing of financing requests for clients' wealth management
• External coordination with clients and notaries in particular
• Internal coordination in particular with advisors, credit analysts and credit administration
• Visit of real estate objects
• Participation in complex interviews
• Mortgage Portfolio Management Support (renewal, file update)

Anforderungen

• Banking CFC, Bachelor of Finance or equivalent.
• Experience confirmed of minimum 3 years in the area of mortgage financing or real estate credit.
• Perfect mastery of regulatory standards and local real estate market.
• Excellent presentation and ease of contact with customers thanks to your natural interpersonal skills, listening and empathy
• Good management of stress, delays and priorities
• Demonstrated interest in teamwork while cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit
• Very good organisational capacity to ensure high quality standards
• Mother tongue French, English is an asset
