As part of our medical team, you will play a key role in the reception and administrative care of our patients:

• Management of appointments for different medical imaging examinations (radiography, MRI, scanner, ultrasound, mammography...)
• Administrative preparation and organization of patient records prior to examinations
• Verification of medical requirements and coordination with radiologists and radiologists
• Management of patient consents and information on the conduct of examinations
• Seizure and archiving of imaging results, secure transmission to treating physicians
• Monitoring of radiology-specific protocols and procedures (safety, radiation protection, confidentiality)
• Coordination with laboratories and ancillary services for combined examinations
• Reception and support of patients, including those in need of special support (old or disabled)
• Diploma of essential medical secretary
• Confirmed experience of medical secretary, ideally in radiology
• Required English minimum B1
• Mastery of medical terminology and computer tools
• Self-help and collaboration
