Role overview

The Central Long-Term Pool (CPLD) is composed of nurses, community health and care assistants (CHS) and home helpers.

They intervene throughout the canton of Geneva to carry out replacements, about ten to twelve months, in our branches.

The aim of this pool is to ensure continuity and the highest quality of services for our customers.

Main responsibilities

  • Your missions and responsibilities
  • Provide basic care and medical procedures delegated by the Nurse Reference in a comprehensive client approach
  • Promote increased, recovered or maintained client autonomy to restore, pursue or adapt their home lifestyle
  • Accomplish practical assistance in accordance with the customer's lifestyle and environment
  • Work in interdisciplinarity, respecting mission and institutional objectives
  • Evaluate and re-evaluate practical assistance situations and take the lead.

  • Ability to diversify its experiences in different Geneva sectors, different teams and clients Magnifying challenges and discoveries
  • Federal certificate of ASSC capacity and authorisation of practice in the Canton of Geneva
  • Meaning of communication and relationship with others, listening quality

  • Ability to work in autonomy and interprofessionality within a multidisciplinary team
