Your mission

• You check and process proof of benefits in your area of competence
• You write standard correspondence in your field of expertise
• You provide information to insured persons, benefit providers, agencies and other internal services
• You participate in group sessions and individual internal interviews
• You execute special mandates in accordance with the direction of the team leader/fe and the group leader/fe
• You prepare, sporadically, simple or standardized requests for the medical consultant (or other specialists)

What you bring

• You benefit from commercial or paramedical training with experience in health insurance. The Federal Health Insurance Patent is an asset
• You have good expertise in Tarmed/Tardoc
• You have good computer skills, excellent French writing and knowledge of languages such as German or English is an asset.
• You have interest in specific contracts
• Rigor, precision, sense of responsibility, autonomy and team spirit are skills that describe you and contribute to the high quality service for our customers
• Thanks to your service and customer orientation, you handle the requests of your interlocutors in a competent and courteous manner, in all personal aspects. Customer orientation and thinking about solutions and novelty
