- The service is equipped with a reception and yard area, an outpatient care area (fast lane) with 4 reception places open from 10am to 10pm, a care area of 13 places for more complex care, a short-term hospital unit with 9 beds and an echo room dedicated to the care of patients in absolute emergency. The main tasks of this post are:
- To receive the patient and his/her entourage in a manner appropriate to the situation, taking into account the state of health of the patient as from admission
- Ensure a structured and continuous approach to care and clinical reasoning using means
- To keep the patient informed of the care project, to ensure his/her understanding and acceptance, and to ensure that the patient actively participate in the process
- Prevent functional decline by stimulating patient activity and mobilization through support individual adapted to each situation
