As a reception and administrative support officer, you ensure the proper functioning of reception services and contribute to the operational management of several sites based in the Lausanne region (upper Lausanne) and in Yverdon.

Excellent relational skills and customer service Organization, rigor and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Initiative and ability to work independently Good coordination capacities with various interlocutors (providers, tenants, internal teams) Administration and mastery of common office tools Experience in a similar role (reception, administration, hospitality or facility management) an asset Good management of priorities and stress resistance during periods of high activity Flexibility and mobility (interventions on several sites: tops of Lausanne and Yverdon) Excellent oral and written communication in French (other languages an asset)
