- Preparation of preliminary inventory, entry and exit Representation to authorities in disputes
- Diploma school: Recognized real estate training (USPI, SVIT) Excellent knowledge of lease law
- Une expérience professionnelle en qualité de Gérant/e d'immeubles commerciaux: Min. 5 ans
Main responsibilities
- Rental and administrative management of commercial premises
- Preparation of preliminary inventory, entry and exit Representation to authorities in disputes
- Financial supervision of buildings in coordination with accounting (invoices, reminders, formal notices, litigation files, lawsuits, etc.) Preparation of annual budgets
- Approval of statements of charges and incidental costs Adjustment of rents
- Supervision of claims in coordination with insurance
- Processing various administrative tasks Required
- Professional experience as a manager of commercial buildings: Min. 5 years
- Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling
Key requirements
- Diploma school: Recognized real estate training (USPI, SVIT) Excellent knowledge of lease law
- Une expérience professionnelle en qualité de Gérant/e d'immeubles commerciaux: Min. 5 ans
- École de degré diplôme: Formation immobilière reconnue (USPI, SVIT) D'excellentes connaissances en droit du bail D'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et une orthographe irréprochable
- Vous êtes en possession d'un permis de conduire valide. Français (Très bonnes connaissances) Allemand (Notions de base)
