- Our French-speaking Swiss Migration & Integration Department – an office of Caritas Switzerland in Freiburg employing about 100 employees – is responsible for the support and integration of statutory refugees in the canton of Freiburg on a cantonal mandate.
- In this context and in order to optimize the management of our data as well as their quality, we are looking for a professional / general IT application administrator (Application Manager) for a CDD of 15 months, with possibility of extension. Your tasks Business
- Software Tutorial: Administer Access / Provide Introduction Training / Updates and Settings / Continuous Improvement / Provide Support to Users of 1st and 2nd Level Software
- Contribute to compliance with data quality standards and procedures with their update for MI-CHR Department
- Perform data extractions, process and analyse data for statistical purposes in the form of dashboards, reports or lists
- Develop and maintain data control and process support applications of MI-CHR using Office 365, Microsoft Power Platform;
- Collaborate in updating the Department's Intranet (SharePoint) and documents procedures from creation to archiving/destruction
