• Foster community life and develop projects involving residents
• Defining, conducting and evaluating personalized support projects for residents in close interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ensure physical care and participation in DHAs
• To supervise and evaluate apprentices, trainees or students Your profile:
• SWC socio-educational assistant (SEA), essential
• Successful experience in the field of advanced psychiatry
• Business trainer certificate (FEE), an asset
• Interest in accompanying people with neurocognitive disorders
• Interest in teamwork and sense of communication
• Autonomous, methodical and organized
• Open to collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
