Type of Contract: CDI Rate: 50 per cent Start Date: December 1, 2026 or to be agreed
Within the RSBJ, your missions will be particularly varied
- As part of the transverse geriatric program and in order to prevent functional decline, you will intervene with hospitalized patients
- You will also provide support to those hospitalized in medicine or surgery, and will intervene at home with the person to prepare for discharge from the hospital.
- Within the tree of life EMS, you will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team working with the 70 residents
- By accompanying outpatients, you will also have to intervene with our clients at the Temporary Reception Centre.
- In an interdisciplinary approach, you will organize interventions with the aim of preserving the development, independence and autonomy of people
- You will actively participate in the development of the institution's service and projects by working on integrated care and will be involved in the entire health path.
- You regularly collaborate with the team of occupational therapists working at home and participate in the sessions bringing together professionals in the discipline to exchange practice and training at the regional level.
Your profile
- Bachelor of occupational therapist HES or equivalent
- Diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
- Experiences confirmed in hospital service and geriatrics an asset
- Use of IT tools
- Organizational and priority management capacity
- Adaptability and openness to change and innovation
- Interest in teamwork and sense of communication
