- Strategische und operative Verantwortung für abfallbezogene Aktivitäten
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten GMP‑, Sicherheits‑ und Umweltvorschriften sowie Risikobewertungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Laboren, Engineering, Lieferkette, EHS und externen Entsorgungspartnern als zentrale Schnittstelle
- Früherkennung operativer Herausforderungen und Einleitung entsprechender Maßnahmen
- Überwachung der Entsorgbarkeit von Materialien und Sicherstellung alternativer Entsorgungswege (Business Continuity)
- Optimierung der Abfallmanagement‑Prozesse mithilfe technologischer und datengestützter Ansätze
- Standardisierung funktionsübergreifender Abfallprozesse und Begleitung strategischer Projekte
- KPI‑Kontrolle, Erstellung von Berichten und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
