Tasks
- Managing a dedicated service station or dedicated service area
- Professional reception, accompanying, advising and saying goodbye to guests
- Ensuring Guest Satisfaction
- Ensuring the availability of the daily required stock and the mise en place
- Performing various cleaning work according to HACCP guidelines
- Assistance with periodic inventories
- Receiving orders and serving food and beverages
- Correct cashing and working with the cash system
- Requirements
- High level of social skills
- Experience from the hotel industry or gastronomy
