Full description
We are looking for a Sector Manager who will be responsible for the management of our operating teams in the canton of Valais, as well as the management of the client portfolio. In order to ensure the satisfaction of our customers and employees on a daily basis, you will be the guarantor of the proper performance of the services performed by our customers in accordance with the specifications associated with the work and the procedures and values of the company.
LIABILITY
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Managing the relationship with clients and meeting their needs (follow-up meeting)
- Conduct visits reports and follow-up corrective actions
- Conduct quality controls on part of the portfolio
- Respond to requests for quotes/amendments from our customers in coordination with the operational manager.
- Ensure administrative follow-up with the operational manager
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
MANAGEMENT OF EXPLOITATION EQUIPMENT
- Management of farm teams in the canton of Valais
- Periodic work planning and management of the special work team
- Ensure compliance with safety instructions in coordination with the OSH Manager
- Identification of on-site personnel (port of PPE, work clothes, etc.)
- Ensure seamless and transparent communication to our clients and employees
ORGANIZATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF BENEFITS
- Organisation and implementation of services (post cards, planning, compliance with specifications)
- Administrative and financial monitoring with the operational manager
- Respect budgets in coordination with the operational manager
- Manage maintenance personnel requirements (replacement management)
- Management of orders for materials and products
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience of at least 2 years in equivalent cleaning/Facility Services
- Good control of common computer tools
- Compulsory driving licence
- Court case blank required
- Very good oral level and written in French (B2)
- Person versatile, listening, good relational, diligent and pragmatic
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Autonomy in work
- Basic language knowledge: Portuguese / Spanish (an asset)
Hours to be agreed, between 6am and 7pm, according to our customer requirements.
