Full description
Region Dents du Midi SA is an independent tourism services and management company, oriented to the needs and expectations of its partners and customers. Mandated by the Communes de la Vallée d'Illiez (Champéry, Troistorrents and Val-d'Illiez) as well as the key actors of the destination, it develops its positioning and its brand on the national and international level.
MAIN MISSIONS ensure the smooth running of events and animations within the destination.
Its functions include
Participation in the programming, implementation and monitoring of events and events:
- Logistics and technical monitoring before, during and after events/animations
- Reflection and proposal for the development of existing events/animations
- Search for volunteers and technical partners to set up animations, develop planning
- Ensure contact with different local actors and welcome stakeholders/public
- Participate and collaborate, as required, in meetings of local companies and external organizing committees
Participation in the general logistics of Region Dents du Midi SA :
- Infrastructure management, storage, assembly and dismantling of event facilities
- Support for Maintenance, Loan and Organization of Equipment
Development of communication media and event promotion
- Creation and management of event content (website, animation program, poster/flyer control, etc.)
- Management and e-mailing of ticketing
- Distribution of posters and flyers in the shops of the destination
- Management and monitoring of various administrative files
REQUIREMENTS
Operational knowledge and skills
- Certified training in tourism, logistics or events an asset
- Good physical condition
- Ability to work outside (adaptation to climatic conditions)
- Manual skill
- Good speech and ease in animation
- Practice of desired mountain activities
- Mastery of office automation tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Good knowledge of the territory of the 3 municipalities of the Valley of Illiez and of the domain of the Portes du Soleil (to live in a municipality of the Valley of Illiez would be a real advantage)
- Essential driving licence
