If you wish to actively contribute to the processing of construction files, to collaborate with the municipal and cantonal authorities and to play a key role in the application of legislation in the field of spatial planning, then don't wait to apply!
On behalf of the State of Valais, we are looking for a
Responsibilities
- Analyse and investigate technical files related to construction and spatial planning projects
- Assess project compliance with applicable legislation and regulations
- Prepare the necessary advance notice, technical reports and draft decisions for the processing of cases
- Ensure administrative and technical follow-up of files throughout their processing cycle
- Conduct site visits and monitor the correct application of permits issued
- Support and advise the various partners on technical and regulatory aspects
- Participate in coordination sessions and contribute to exchanges between the various bodies concerned
- Collaborate in the development of a harmonious territory by ensuring compliance with existing standards and procedures
Profile
- Hold a Graduate of Architect EPF/HES, a Federal Diploma of Director of Works (Building) or a CFC of draftsman in architecture; a certificate of safety training for buildings is an asset
- Experience confirmed in the processing of construction authorization files, architecture, construction management or site monitoring
- Have strong knowledge of the legislation applicable to constructions outside the building area and an excellent capacity to analyse technical records
- Be able to accurately control and interpret construction and execution plans
- Completely master French (level C2\) and have good knowledge of German (minimum B1\)
- Demonstrate excellent communication capabilities and a real ease in working with diverse interlocutors
- Mastering common IT tools, including Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Demonstrate autonomy, rigour, organization and a solution-oriented approach
