We are looking for an experienced and proactive person to join our team as Technical Manager. You will be in charge of the technical management of several sites, including the maintenance of buildings, as well as the follow-up of maintenance requests. If you are self-sustaining, responsive, have excellent organizational capacity and a strong sense of customer service, this position is for you. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of the sites and will be responsible for the management of the technical works, while guaranteeing a quality service.
Your tasks:
- Organize technical activities (CACSE maintenance)
- Monitoring and monitoring of operational activity
- Support and monitoring in the monthly maintenance activity
- To be the contact point for customer managers in the area of Banking
- Planning the work of concierges and technicians
- Preparation and availability of internal and audit documents
- Initiate and monitor small projects
- Rotational participation in a picket service
- Ensure administrative monitoring, including reporting of activities carried out on behalf of the client (KPI)
Your profile:
- CFC in building technology (heating, sanitary, electricity) or equivalent
- Good knowledge of building technology and project administration
- Experience in team management
- Knowledge in German, an asset
- Very good mastery of common IT tools (MS Office)
- At ease with administrative tasks
- Strong customer orientation, strong team spirit
- Flexible at travel level
- Meaning of communication
- Compulsory driving licence, blank criminal record
