Become part of our EMR team in Visp as team leader installation EMR. Together with your team, you ensure the safe and reliable implementation of demanding electrical and EMR installations. Take responsibility, contribute your expertise and actively shape the further development of our plants and employees.
This position requires a full local presence. Personal collaboration enables close coordination in real time and ensures the technical precision required for the production of medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

Your tasks
- Technical and personnel management of a team in the field of electrical and EMR Planning, coordination and monitoring of installation and maintenance work
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and deadlines
- Support for projects as well as for the construction and conversion of plants
- Implementation and monitoring of controls in accordance with the applicable rules
- Close cooperation with internal and external contacts
Your requirement profile
- Completed training as electrical installer EFZ
- Degree as an electrical safety consultant with federal certificate and/or electrical installer with federal certificate. Diploma or willingness to undertake the relevant training
- Experience in the installation of new plants in the EMR area
- Experience in leading teams
- Independent, structured and flexible working method
- Flowing German language skills in word and writing as well as English skills of advantage
- High reliability, initiative and resilience
