Your education
- You are the first point of contact for all telephone and written requests of our customers.
- In the Contact Center Post you advise the clientele, help them solve their problems and answer their questions competently.
- You work versatile and flexible on different information and communication channels.
- You get an insight into the different areas of the post office and get to know the work processes, services and products.
- After the introduction phase, you will soon also provide competent information in another national language.
