- First professional experience: in a similar function
- Completed professional learning (CFC): in computer science, continuing training in support and networks is an asset
- Strong computer literacy (processes, projects, etc.).
- Experience in IT support (Workplace, telephony and Mobile Device Management)
- Compulsory possession of a valid driving licence.
