Role overview

The IT Group is responsible for the provision of IT services.

You provide on-site support for IT infrastructure in Migros Group sites with main workplace in Martigny.

Main responsibilities

  • Installation, support and maintenance of workstations, peripheral and communication systems and their software
  • Advice, support, training and assistance to users in the event of problems and participation in their resolution Incident and malfunction resolution
  • Operational operation of Workplace infrastructure, Conference Solutions, mobile terminal management, telephony services and Data Center Services On-site service interventions Required
  • First professional experience: in a similar function
  • Completed professional learning (CFC): in computer science, continuing training in support and networks is an asset
  • Strong computer literacy (processes, projects, etc.).
  • Experience in IT support (Workplace, telephony and Mobile Device Management)
  • Compulsory possession of a valid driving licence.
