- Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand error patterns systemically
- Knowledge in commissioning (IBS), validation (performance, LCC), type tests / approvals or proof management (compliance, fulfillment of contracts) of advantage
- Ability to lead interdisciplinary subprojects and actively control interfaces between specialist areas
- Experience in dealing with customer requirements and their translation into technical solutions
- Structured working methods as well as ability to plan, prioritize and track work packages
- Strength of enforcement and commitment in the management of topics without disciplinary management Operational implementation requirements (RAM, documentation, spare parts & training)
- Ensure that the documentation meets the contractual framework conditions Planning and implementation of validation activities for the complete vehicle (LCC, performance)
- Establishment of external sites in cooperation with the warranty project manager
- Define and implement data interfaces with the customer
- Responsible for the definition and management of spare parts
- Showing experience backflow, standardization options, communicating and supporting implementation
