• enthusiasm for the implementation of innovative rail vehicle projects
• Completed higher technical training (FH, HF, Uni), ideally supplemented by business know-how
• Several years of experience in project management in vehicle or plant construction
• Convincing appearance and pronounced negotiating strength in the international environment
