- An EHS/ES or basic care (CRS) SWC or equivalent;
- Experience in the area of home care and assistance would be an asset;
- The ability to work within a multidisciplinary and autonomous team;
- Knowledge of the canton's health, social and voluntary network;
- Reflexivity and adaptability;
- The mastery of common computer tools;
- Available evenings and/or weekends;
- No one's being transported.
