Join Genedis for your MP\-E internship is to discover the activities of a customer service within a regional company active in the energy and multimedia sectors. You will benefit from quality support and develop your administrative, relational and organizational skills.
Your internship
During your training year, you will be asked to
•Advising and accompanying customers regarding our subscriptions and multimedia services
•Process contracts, customer requests and various administrative procedures
•Participate in monitoring billing, cancellations and reception activities.
