Your tasks
Recruitment and selection of staff Welcome, follow-up and support of applicants, client companies and our employees Administrative management and monitoring of interim staff (missions, contracts, integration) Follow-up of employees on construction sites and maintenance of a trust relationship Analysis of the needs of partner companies and proposals for suitable solutions Client portfolio development and retention Prospecting and commercial development in the Valais region Negotiation of investment conditions Application and compliance with the CTCs and existing legislation Close collaboration with the team and active participation in the development of the Martigny agency
Your profile
- Mastery of common computer tools
- Vif interest in human relations and strong sense of contact
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong taste for the challenge
- Perfect mastery of French; any other language is an asset
- Self-employed, organised, flexible and proactive
- Ability to work independently while enjoying teamwork
- Home in the Valais region
- Good knowledge of the economic fabric and local market, an asset
- Knowledge of the CLC or good learning ability
- SWC in building, an asset
- Very good relationship, comfortable with exchanges and customer contact
- Essential driving licence
