- Ensuring smooth processes through organisational and technical support of production campaigns – for highest quality and safety
- Monitoring of planned work steps during piloting and production phases
- Direct implementation of production activities in the area of bioconjugates in compliance with current cGMP guidelines – incl.
- Troubleshooting, Cause Analysis and Optimization Proposals
- Active co-design of SGU measures (safety, health, environment) as well as monitoring of EM guidelines and risk assessments
- Support for commissioning and qualification of production facilities and equipment
- Professional training and support of the team, especially in dealing with certain facilities and standard processes
