Main responsibilities
- Einhaltung der relevanten SOPs (Standardarbeitsanweisungen) und Vorschriften (z.B. Hygienekonzept, Sicherheitsvorschriften)
- Selbstständiges Bedienen von Produktionsanlagen und -geräten, einschliesslich Vorbereitung, Betrieb und Nachbereitung gemäss SOPs
- Durchführung von Herstellungsaktivitäten gemäss cGMP-Richtlinien in der BioAtrium AG im Bereich der Puffer- und Medienvorbereitung für die Herstellung mit Säugetierzellen, einschliesslich Bedienung von Kleinteilewaschanlage und Autoklav
- Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse, Erkennen und Melden potenzieller Probleme sowie aktive Mitwirkung an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen
- GMP-konformes Arbeiten und zeitgerechte Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten (z.B. in Computersystemen (MES) oder Logbüchern)
- Probenahmen, Durchführung von In-Prozess-Kontrollen (IPC) und Auswertung von Testergebnissen
- Verantwortung für die Schulung des Produktionspersonals zu spezifischen Geräten oder Standardprozessen (betrifft Senior Operatoren) Ihr Anforderungsprofil:
