Full description
Le Mirabeau Resort and SPA Superior is a family-run resort hotel of the 3rd generation of the Julen and Reichenbach family with a total of 87 residential units. Located in the quieter part of the village, the hotel offers a majestic view of the Matterhorn and the surrounding Mischabel mountain range.
The rooms and suites are divided between the main building, the Alpine annex and the Etoile annex opened in 2024 – the latter in the charming French country house style. In addition, the serviced apartments are available in the opposite chalet Antoine.

- Check daily tasks and coordinate them with the chef

- Working independently in the management of a post
- Entire organisation of the mise-en-place in the assigned post
- Bring creative new ideas and optimal delivery of posts in absence
