- Examination of subsidiary claims over social insurance and other support options
- calculate and apply for entitlement to economic assistance
- Apply the cantonal legal requirements
- Advise and accompany the client
- Involvement of professionals, authorities and institutions in case management
Your qualification ##
- solution- and resource-oriented acting personality
- Training in social work or related fields with knowledge of social security
- Authentic and convincing attitude towards clients, authorities and partners
- secure written language in the official language
- Knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous
