Our profile
Since June 2019, we have been able to lead the Schäferstube (14 points Gault Millau) and inspire our guests with great pleasure. On the forest edge of Saas-Fee, directly accessible by the skis and located on the winter hiking trail Honegg, the Schäferstube with its unique sun terrace is definitely worth a visit. As young hosts of this region, we bring a breath of fresh air to Saas-Fee. Both of us were able to work as management positions in upscale restaurants and hotels and acquire in-depth expertise there.
Honest craftsmanship mixed with creativity, precision and a lot of love for domestic, high-quality products set us apart.
