Main responsibilities

- Responsibility for outpatient and inpatient care of adults with congenital heart defects (ACHD/EMAH)
- Comprehensive clinical-cardiological activity with a specific focus on cardiovascular imaging, pharmacological cardiology or other special fields of ACHD/EMAH, such as aortopathies or risk Schwanschaften
- Close interdisciplinary and interprof-essional cooperation within the universitary environment Research & Teaching
- Training, supervision and support of assistants as well as fellows of the ACHD/EMAH department
- Active engagement in clinical and/or gestational research
- Building and maintaining scientific cooperation and successful acquisition of third-party funds Requirements:
- PhD (Dr. med.) and an additional academic performance certificate, such as Habilitation, PhD, MBA or the qualification as a clinical lecturer:in
- Several years of clinical experience at a certified ACHD/EMAH centre
- Additional specialisation or a Ph.D. in the field of ACHD/EMAH
