- Engineer advanced tooling for metrics, reporting, and observability.
- Provide users and leadership with crystal-clear visibility into system performance and platform usage statistics.
- Research and execute AI/ML opportunities within our hosting ecosystem - such as automated log anomaly detection, proactive outage resolution, and predictive capacity scaling for heavy R&D workloads. Collaboration and Requirements Gathering:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements (use cases, epics, user stories, etc.) and manage this input in the product backlog.
- Work with technical teams and product vendors to understand existing and intended system functionalities and capabilities, as well as data migration needs.
- Facilitate meetings to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs and technical capabilities. Project Management and Integration:
- Drive the prototyping phase, connecting all stakeholders and key actors to provide a proof of concept.
- Drive the integration process, transitioning from former solution to future solution.
