Tasks In this role, you are an important part of our dedicated teams in the Würth Shops in Zuchwil and Aarwangen. We are looking for a responsible personality with a pronounced service idea:
- Advise and convince our customers through competent discussions to meet their needs and generate sales
- Ensure a smooth process by recording orders in the system and taking responsibility for goods and warehouse management
- Support the team by carrying out administrative office work to ensure the smooth operation of the Würth Shop
- Implement sales promotion measures and keep an eye on the specifications in order to increase the sales and success of the shop
- Be part of our commitment to customer loyalty and customer satisfaction by participating in customer events and supporting inventories
- You also participate in meetings to contribute to the further development of the respective shop
Requirements
- Completed training as a retail specialist EFZ in the field of iron products or similar.
- A well-groomed appearance and a friendly personality are part of your professionalism in customer contact
- Your strong sales mentality and the will to always go the extra mile make you a motivated and successful sales professional
- SAP knowledge is beneficial and enables you to efficiently handle business processes
