100% sales advisor
with experience in customer contact.
Description of position:
You are responsible for ordering, specialized technical advice and order processing. You process and follow orders and make clarifications from our suppliers. With commitment, you advise our customers over the phone on products, prices, delivery times and technical or organizational requests. Anyway, you're the link between our customers, our suppliers and internal services.
- Qualifications:
We are looking for a person who can work as a team, stress-resistant and responsible, ideally with CFC installer training\-electrician and a few years of professional experience. You like to work independently and enjoy contact with customers. You have a sense of reflection and solid knowledge of MS Office. Your French, both oral and written, is impeccable, and your communication skills complement your profile.
