The Domus Foundation, a Valaisan institution for psychosocial rehabilitation, accompanies adults facing major mental disorders.

- Holder of a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, you have specialised human resources training (federal HR patent or equivalent) and continuing training in management (CAS, DAS, MAS or equivalent);
- You demonstrate collaborative leadership and the ability to accompany teams and managers with listening, discernment and benevolence;
- You benefit from a confirmed experience in a responsible HR function, ideally in the socio-sanitary or associative field;
- To benefit from a pleasant working environment and good social and wage conditions.
Key requirements

- Advise the Directorate on human, organizational and social issues;
- Contribute to the evolution of governance, organization and institutional culture;
- Ensure that legal, regulatory and societal developments impacting human resources management are monitored. PILOTER
- Lead all HR processes and ensure their consistency with institutional objectives;
- Defining, implementing and monitoring health management in business, in partnership with the GSE Committee;
- Adapt and develop the strategy for training and skills development of employees;
- Define and implement internal communication to employees;
- Develop and monitor HR indicators required for institutional leadership and decision-making. ACCOMPANY
- Ensure the full management of the employees' life cycle, from recruitment to the end of working relationships;
- Support service managers in managerial, organizational and relational issues;
