Main responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing performance management of distributor partners across EMEA.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans with each distributor, ensuring alignment with Tecan’s growth objectives.
- Own the full sales cycle—from opportunity generation to project delivery—acting as the primary interface between distribution partners and internal stakeholders.
- Support distributors in customer engagement, including joint visits, presentations, and negotiations.
- Monitor distributor performance, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement of sales performance and profitability.
- Provide technical expertise in laboratory automation, instrument configuration, and integrated solutions.
- Deliver high-level technical presentations and participate in key customer discussions.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of complex and high-value projects.
- Travel extensively (50–70%) across the EMEA region to support distributor and customer needs. Your background
