Full description
We are looking for a hotelier establishment in Martigny for a receptionist (M/F). you will be trained for customer management Check-in and Check-out, writing offers and confirmations (according to templates), telephone standard, preparation of the day the next day, delegation of tasks (simple) to students in shift, daily closing on Opera Cloud software
French mother tongue, you have good knowledge of English and German would be an asset
You justify a confirmed experience of at least 2 years in a hotel reception
You have an obvious customer orientation
You can adapt to demanding interlocutors and manage the stress inherent in such a function
You are versatile, rigorous and autonomous (you are alone in reception)
You are metriculating Opera software
hours per day, variable leave. NCCT salaries no housing.
