The new offices with an urban flair and top connection are part of our new management model (TOM), which thanks to consistent digitalization, clear division of tasks and specialization in the team enables efficient management and puts the customer at the centre.

- You take responsibility for managing a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties
- This includes ensuring regular and extraordinary real estate maintenance, terminating and carrying out property visits and acceptances.
- You are in contact with the ownership, tenant, house maintenance, craft businesses and offices
- Negotiating and drawing up business rental contracts as well as the annual budget is also your responsibility.
- In order to meet all these tasks, you can count on the support of both technical management and rental team members, as well as the handling and home maintenance that you provide.
- At the "Wohnen" location, you will also take care of the personal support of the local customers together with your team.
- You have a basic commercial education and a real estate management card (or are in training).
