Your tasks *

• Meet with owners in your region (Oberwallis \& Mittelwallis), evaluate their sales plans and conduct negotiations in German and German

• Create property estimates using banking software and your market expertise

• Develop a customer-specific sales strategy and complete the mandate

• Manage the requests of those interested in buying, negotiate the offers and accompany the sale until the notarial phase \- with operational support from an experienced in-house service team

• Build a trusting relationship with your customers, advise and accompany them throughout the sales process

• Become a reference person in your area, expand your network and increase your visibility as a real estate expert

• Collaborate with our real estate financing specialists to offer buyers suitable financing solutions

• Get actively involved in the further development of the Neho\ strategy. With your growing experience, you will become a driving force in our team

What you bring

• Good knowledge of Upper and Middle Valais as well as a well established professional and/or personal network in the region

• Fluent German and ösisch skills in words and writing are a prerequisite for being able to serve customers in both languages

• Proven experience in daily customer contact and customer acquisition, preferably in the B2C area

• Knowledge of the real estate sector is a big plus (e.g. marketing, management, or similar)

• A sales-oriented, customer-centric attitude and an open ear

• Sociability and excellent appearance

• A sense of responsibility and a high degree of independence

• Affinity for technologies and a secure use of new IT\ tools

• Possession of a driving licence and own vehicle
