Introduction
Avenir Emploi SA is a personnel placement company founded in Lausanne in 2002\. Since March 2008, our company has refocused its activities on the Vaudese and Valais Chablais as well as on the central Valais, with a representation in Aigle (VD) and the other in Sion (VS).

We are currently looking for a H/F quality controller to join a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality controls on finished products and production processes.
- Identify and report non-compliance and propose corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement of production processes.
- Prepare monitoring reports and monitor quality indicators.
- Work with production teams and other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- You will need to use control instruments such as micrometers, slide feet, gauges, buffers, binoculars, magnifying glass, etc.
Qualifications
You have been trained in quality control and/or first experience in watchmaking or metalworking.
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans.
- Spirit of analysis, rigour and sense of detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good knowledge of measuring devices.
