Ensure appropriate impact assessments are completed with relevant stakeholders and departments

- Review, assess, and coordinate Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs) from suppliers
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar QA, Supplier Management, Change Control, or GMP support role
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar QA, Supplier Management, Change Control, or GMP support role
- Strong understanding of GMP regulations, quality systems, and change control processes
- Extensive hands-on experience with TrackWise
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Fluent English (German is considered a strong advantage)
