Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in construction, construction related: experience in managing and managing projects
- Higher technical school: Higher vocational training in construction management with a focus on building construction or specialisation in project management in construction or renovation
- French (very good knowledge): German mother tongue with excellent written and oral knowledge of the French language (minimum B2)
- Operational, flexible and responsive

- Ability to deal with people and negotiating skills
- Reliable, conscientious and well organized
- Knowledge in the technical fields of construction (HLKSE)
