Tasks ###
- Planning, coordination and implementation of technical fire protection solutions in investment projects
- Responsibility for sprinkler systems, extinguishing water networks, Deluge systems and other fire-fighting systems
- Control and monitoring of external planning offices, suppliers and installation companies
- Collaboration with engineering teams, architects, specialist planners and fire brigades
- Implementation of design reviews and technical coordination in multidisciplinary projects
- Ensuring compliance with fire safety directives, standards and regulatory requirements
- Accompanying commissioning, functional tests and system tests
- Monitoring costs, deadlines, quality and project risks
- Examination and delivery of technical documentation and as-built documents
- Support of CAPEX projects in fire protection-related issues
Profile ###
- Completed degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering or comparable
- Solid professional experience in technical fire protection or fire protection engineering
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical or industrial projects
- Knowledge of sprinkler, extinguishing water, deluge or other fire-fighting systems
- Sound knowledge of relevant fire safety standards and guidelines (e.g. VKF)
- Experience in dealing with external service providers and general contractors
- Knowledge in the GMP-regulated environment is an advantage
- Experience with commissioning, acceptance and system tests
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working method
