Full description
My Leukerbad AG is the operating organisation of Leukerbad’s most important service providers. These include the Leukerbad Therme, the torrent railways, the sports arena, the Snowpark Sportarena, the LLB Verkehrsbetriebe Leuk-Leukerbad and Leukerbad Tourism.
In the KITA Thermi in Leukerbad we look after up to 15 children aged 3 months to 6 years every day. Our kindergarten offers a loving place to play, discover, laugh and learn and is open to all children who are looking for extra-familial care or playmates.
To strengthen our team we are looking for you from 01. December 2026 or by appointment to accompany our kindergarten children with a lot of heart, joy and empathy.
Your tasks
- Supporting the co-leaders in the care of our children
- Promoting and accompanying the entrusted children
- Implementation of the pedagogical concept, weekly plans and various projects
- Creating a safe environment
- various activities such as crafting, reading aloud, playing or excursions into nature
- Space to contribute your own ideas and creativity
- Care of lunch in the day-care centre and the lunch table for OS students
- depending on education and needs after-school supervision of OS students
Your profile
- Completed training as a specialist in supervision, educators or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Enjoyment and fun working with children
- empathy, patience and a high sense of responsibility
- Resilience and flexibility in varied day-to-day daycare
- Positive, humorous and appreciative personality
- Very good knowledge of German
